We offer

signing of the annual Contract for Bookkeeping within which we suggest Bookkeeping Policy for each of our users (Bookkeeping policy and Chart of Accounts as well) and electronical submission of Reports and prescribed Forms (eRegos and ePorezna) to tax Administration and Financial Agency.

We guarantee

correctness, accuracy and timeliness of all Bookkeeping records (Journal and Main Book, Accounts of customers and supliers, Treasury documents, Book of fixed assets, Material goods accounting and all prescribed records aswell) within Accounting Act and Regulation of Accounting for non-profit organizations.

For companies and corporations

we produce basic financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss sheet, Tax Report with all prescribed annexes, Cash Flow Statement (direct or indirect method - if needed) and Notes to Financial Statements), monthly and annual Reports of fixed assets usage and quarterly (although no more obligatory for companies and corporations) and annual reports to Financial Agency for Statistic or Publication purposes.

For non-profit organizations

we produce basic financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss sheet and Notes to Financial Statements), monthly and annual Reports of fixed assets and quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to Financial Agency and National Audit Office.

We take care

for calculations and reports connected with workers and possible other recipients of income (income payroll, other income payroll or royalties payroll), about all records and prescribed IP charts or other certificates for income or royalties payings and all other prescribed records, aswell.

From our other services we separate

Tax consulting within the scope of our authorities, preparations of required reports for income recipients from abroad and Income tax reports on personal income

Based upon the contract signed

we participate in representation before the competent bodies of Croatian Ministry of Finance and we help on writing of objections, appeals or explanations.
